I Have a Noticable Dent in the Middle of my Nose Along with Swelling on the Tip. Cause?

i have a noticable dent in the middle of my nose along with swelling on the tip, i saw my dermo today and has reccommended i see an ENT for possible inflamation. my nose looks completely different than what it looked like 2 years ago. any idea what is causing the nose to do this?

Dent and inflammation on the nose

Your description is unfortunately, to vague. Did you have surgery in the past? If you submitted pictures it would be very helpful.
