Hi I had rhinoplasty where nasal bones where narrowed and onlay graft placed ending in a nose that is too high and narrow that does not suit my face can this be undone or improved so that would suit my face which always had a broad nose . Thanks

Before surgery, I will be that the nostrils were a bit different shaped. This is due to normal asymmetry. It is very difficult to compare this without those pre-op photos.
