I Have Nose Ulcers From Lupus. There is a Hole and Not Much Cartilage Left. What Can I Do?

I have mixed connective tissue disease and have an ulcerated hole in my cartilage of my nose and no one knows what to do about it, the hole is big enough for my index finger to fit through and the cart. is almost all gone the ulcer meets the bone now my nose feels likes it on fire! and bleeds all the time and i have very little sense of smell anymore, Im tired of hearing its normal progression of the disease and there is nothing they can do i have a two year old and husband and am 27 please help
