Nose Trauma on Bridge

Is it possible to receive a blow on the bridge of the nose, for the lower part of the nose to slightly deviate, yet the bridge, despite swelling, remains totally straight. Also, can a slight bump, on the bridge, and the side of the bride, following trauma, occur without a fracture or break to the nose? Many thanks.
