Nose Tip Shifting? (photo)

I have done research. I cannot afford to go to a nose specialist just yet but I plan on it in January .. But for now. I want a doctor to tell me where you think my problem area is. I thought it was a deviated septum at first but now I think its a fat cell buildup around the anterior nasal spine of maxilla..if you think this could be true, what can be done...I really want to avoid surgery if at all possible..
