Bump and Swelling 9 Months after Rhinoplasty

The fact that your swelling is variable and transient sugests that you will have some improvement over the next few months. However, it will probably be minimal because you are 9 months post-op and your nose is very wide. Discuss this with your surgeon or get a second opinion to consider revision surgery.

The majority of your nasal swelling is gone 9 months following your Rhinoplasty Surgery.

I reviewed your frontal photo, and I'm not clear where the bump is located on the right side of your nose. If you have concerns about your appearance, you should bring these to the attention of your surgeon, or get a second opinion. I hope you find this helpful.
