Nose Swells, Peels, & Finds a Pore to Bleed from. What is it?

Hi, I have been going insane for years. And the problem has gotten worse. Over and over my nose will swell with blood. Then the pores and skin gets tight. I force the blood out (because a bloody spot looks better than a red swollen nose.) It cracks, peels, and I can't let it heal until all the blood is gone, or it will start swelling again. Finally after over 2 weeks, it will heal,, then start over. 5 derm. can't figure it out. Have been on med for Roseca, Do I need a ENT?
