My nose has been twitching and I experience spasm in the bridge of the nose. What should I do?

This is definitely unusual and it sounds like it has caused you alot of distress. I would recommend consulting with your primary care physician at your earliest convenience. Spasms and twitching are due to the spontaneous contractions of the muscles around your nose. These muscles can be treated with Botox if movements in your nose continue to be bothersome and annoying. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
