Nose Skin Contraction? (photo)

My nose skin is popping out a lot, I think that some creams and medications can contract the skin of my nose, specially the tip as it did happen when I was 17, I took some medications from my Skin specialist and it did help contracting the tip of my nose, but after that it came out again due to colds I had. I seriously need help in this case, anyone there, please help me out... I have shown to several dermatologists in California but all are trying to sell me their expensive medicines.
