Is my Nose Disproportioned?

The photo you posted is quite limited and so not much can be said other than from the limited view I do not see anything out of the ordinary. I assume you mean a nasal implant. From this limited photo I can't see why you would need one. Without front and side views including the eyes and chin you really cannot analyze the situation for rhinoplasty.
