Modification of Forehead and Nasal Contours.

The forehead fullness (bossing) above the eyebrows is an undesirable contour which we frequently reduce by shaving the underlying bone. The nasion, the deepest part of the nasofrontal angle, can be reduced as you have demonstrated with computer imaging. I agree with your aesthetics- the problem is not rare and the techniques used provide consistent results.
