Should I get a nose job or chin augmentation? (Photo)

I'm a 29 yr old female, and feel there is an imbalance between my nose & chin seen in profile. My strong nose has never really bothered me, while my small chin has. When I smile my chin seems ok, but my nose dips down a bit so I am self conscious when I smile fully. I don't want anything too drastic, & want to only do one procedure; ie: chin OR nose. Also from front view you can see I have a crooked mouth (hereditary) so any advice on that would be great!

Drooping nose and weak chin profile

+1
The  drooping nose is related to the presence of  depressor septi ligament that is pulling the tip down to upon animation. Releasing the depressor septi ligament will prevent the tip from drooping when smiling. This can be performed as a stand-alone procedure or as part of a rhinoplasty
The weak chin profile is best addressed with a small chin implant composed of Silastic, inserted under local anesthesia as an outpatient surgical procedure. For more information, diagrams and pictures, please see the link below to our chin implant photo gallery
