Should I have my nose implant removed?

18 years ago I had septum surgery and recently I noticed that the right side of my nostril was pulling to the right and lower than the left. I went to plastic surgeon here in town that was an ENT. He sugested putting a nose impant in to help correct the problem

On Dec 21st, I had it done and I have been Miserable. As you can see my nostrils are very uneven. I developed a staph infection 1 1/2 weeks after surgery. Now my nose is EXTREMELY hard and it hurts to massage. I think it is holding an infection.
