"Nose Right" for Upturned Nose?

Hi i was ordering a nose right. I have a up nose (just the tip) and will this help? Will my nose go back to the original shape if I stop using it? Cartilage is very malleable so I thought it may help. ? Sides of my nose gets red, it goes away after an hour. Is it normal for nose to get red on sides? Must I ask a doctor if my cartilage is malleable enough to shape? I thought that was unnecessary. If it can help hump on the noses, why shouldn't it help up turned noses?
