Nose crooked to the left after septoplasty for deviated septum was done?

Had a septoplasty done 4 days ago for a very diviated septum to the left. But my nose is very bent and crooked on the outside after surgery..is it swelling or will my nose stay like that?

4 days is very early. The nose can be swollen for up to a year or more. Swelling will depend upon the nature of maneuvers employed, presence of grafts or implants, thickness of skin, open vs closed, revision vs primary, etc.
