Procedure for Nose Bump That is Pointy on the Sides?

I have a nose bump, but its kind of pointy on the sides. I don't like it! I notice my skin is whiter or thinner there, and more dry. I wouldn't try fillers, as I feel my skin could stretch too much. If I just removed bump with surgery, despite it looks a bit asymmetric, my nosebridge would look thinner or more feminine. If I could remove it and add volume in the upper part bridge, it would be better -- Tom Cruise like. I worry adding volume there could stretch eyelids, exposing the puncta eye part, giving dry eye sensation and make eyes narrower. I also worry about voice change. Any advice? Thanks!
