I had my nose done in 2006. during the first year i loved my nose even though it was slightly uneven u couldnt really tell unless starring at it, it was cute and now after a few years from looking thru photos my nose looks bigger and you can tell its uneven when i smile. i had an open rhinoplasty and u can see exactly where he cut my nose open. i dunnno what i should do bc i dont have the money to have a revision done. i went to see my doctor and he says he doesnt know what im talking about.

If you're not satisfied and don't have the money for revision surgery, fillers may be beneficial. If your doctor "doen't know what your talking about", get another opinion from a revision rhinoplasty specialist.

Without photos, it is difficult to give you any specific advice. From your comments it appears subtle and you may want to consider fillers for a non-surgical rhinoplasty.
