Butt Lift & Autologous Auto Augmentation: Split Gluteal Musculocutaneous Flap Vs Lateral Fat Transposition? (photo)

I'm 5'11", 37 YOF, lost 95lbs (no bariatric surgery). Had TT/ Lipo in February and now starting my research into phase II....my backside. Along with lift, I'm considering the gluteal muscle flap and lateral fat flap augment techniques. I've read fat necrosis is a common issue w/ fat flap augmentation, so I'm leaning towards the muscle approach; however, this appears to be a newer technique (2005?)(unrefined?). Which have better long-term success rates? Professional thoughts between these? TY.

Thanks for submitting your pictures. You are an ideal patient for oval butt implants. Unlike fat injection that do not last beyond 1 year ( I am doing another one this week ), butt implants last for a very long time ( at least 10 years in my experience ) . The implants are made of very soft solid silicone. They feel and look natural. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who performs lots of butt implants surgery. Check the before and after pictures to make sure that you like the results.
Best of luck,
