Intolerable tight, throbbing, vice-like band around face, neck & ears. Difficult & noisy swallowing. Neck/ collarbone skeletonized. Tightness & hardness increasing every week. Slightest impact (e.g. going over bump in road while driving) makes face clamp down and throb unbearably. I can't function normally. Have seen PS several times, says everything looks good but I'm in excruciating discomfort. PS says he's never had a patient with these issues and I should see a medical specialist.
