I had Palomar Starlux Fractional Laser Resurfacing (both ablative and non-ablative) done almost three weeks ago. My skin is at times back to my normal ivory skin tone, but then at other times my acne scars are bright pink. Is this normal? Thanks so much for your help!

Acne scar redness

Many patients will note more redness when there is greater blood flow such as after a hot shower, or exercise and even rubbing dry with a towel can occur. There is greater blood circulation after resurfacing.
