Is It Normal to Have This Much Pain After Extended Tummy Tuck?

I had a tummy tuck on last Thursday, June 10 and I'm still in A LOT OF VERY BAD PAIN. I have no reason to believe that I have an infection, but I've been taking all my meds to include pain meds and they will run out soon. I'm so scared that my doctor may not prescribe me more. I really need more =(
