I had my reduction 2 weeks ago and still have swelling in my left breast. My PS said I have no fluid in it or blood build up. In the daytime it doesn't hurt but at night it hurts. I feel like I have a implant but I don't. I'm worried that they will be to different sizes and I will have to go back for more surgery to fix it.

I agree that appears as different volumes were left. Best to have a very detailed discussion with your surgeon.
