Is It Normal to Be Dizzy a Week After Breast Surgery?

I had breast reduction surgery 5 days ago. I had my bandages taken off today. Ever since i got home, i've been getting really bad dizzy spells. Are they normal this shortly after surgery?

Dizzy post breast reduction surgery

It is not unusual to feel dizzy after having the bandages removed after breast reduction surgery. This symptom should resolve in a couple of days. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids, and when lying down or sitting, get up slowly. This will allow your blood pressure to equilibrate. If the dizziness persists, be certain to notify your surgeon. Best wishes.

Concerns after Breast Reduction?

Always best to check with your own plastic surgeon about concerns after surgery. Online consultants will not be able to provide you with meaningful diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or reassurance. Best wishes; hopefully, you will be very pleased with the long-term outcome of the breast reduction procedure.
