Pain with eating is not the norm after tummy tuck
Pain after eating is not expected after a tummy tuck with a hernia repair. Track your symptoms carefully and see your surgeon about them.

Pain with eating after a tummy tuck - talk to your surgeon
Your question is a bit vague in terms of when you had surgery and where your pain is located and associated with. You generally should expect to have diminishing pain in your abdominal area for a few days to a few weeks after a tummy tuck. If you are eating too much or too fast you may distend your stomach causing pressure and pain in the abdominal area. If you had a serious hernia that involved manipulating the intestines, you may have slowed your ability to tolerate food.
Sounds like you need to talk to your surgeon and discuss this problem in case it is a more severe issue.
