Pain after tummy tuck

The pain you describe is quite specific. It is painful to the touch, which leads me to believe that it is something related to a nerve that is , most likely, entrapped in scar tissue. Typically this can be ameliorated with an injection or two by your surgeon. If this fails a consultation with a pain specialist may be in order. All the best, Talmage J. Raine MD FACS
