What is "Normal" After Fraxel Treatments?

I had my first Fraxel restore treatment 9 days ago. The doctor made 6 passes. I am I didn't get blood spots, I didn't peel I only flaked for a couple days. I am still red. The only real concern I have is my face is itchy and I have tiny little bumps all over...not pimples or milia or anything like that. Almost looks like the mark of the laser machine...skin looks kind of like sand paper when I put makeup on. HELP! I'm freaking out! :(
