Non-surgical Undereye Dark Circles Treatment?

I have very dark circles under my eyes. I have read comments about fat transfers but it sounds like the results are not consistent. Are there any other options on how to improve my dark circles which always make me look tired and old? Are there any non-surgical solutions?

Dark circles treatment depends on cause
Dark circles under the eyes are caused by one of two issues. Either there is darker color within the skin of the lower lid--melasma, sun damage, vascular issues; or there are contour problems--herniated fat pads, tear trough abnormality, festoons.
If make-up covers the problem, the issue is color. Depending on the cause, bleaching cream, topical skin treatments (peels or resurfacing) , or make-up are treatment options.
Contour problems may be treated by injectibles (Restylane, etc.)...
