Non Invasive Procedures to Treat Crepey Neck Skin?

The skin on my neck is starting to turn crepey and I want to see what type of non-invasive treatments are out there for me to look into. Creams do not work, and dry weather makes it look worse. Also, how painful are these treatments?

Laser Resurfacing Is A Risky Way To Treat Crepy Neck Skin

Fractional CO2 Laser Resurfacing of the neck has produced significant wound healing problems and scarring. Fractional Erbium Lasers are safer. I would avoid laser resurfacing of the neck. If you only have crepy skin and no significant loose skin then I would use non laser skin tightening methods such as Thermage, LuxIR Deep, Titan or Ulthera.
