I've started Invisalign 2 months ago, but since 2 weeks I have stanges noices like pulsations in my right ear many times a day. It might have something to do with my jaw? Anyone experienced this problem?

Orthodontic complications are often temporary
Sometimes, when a bite is changing due to orthodontic treatment, transitory issues come up. Jaw pain can both appear or disappear, and when treatment is over everything goes back to normal.
Sometimes.
It is important to see your doctor and have them determine if there is another issue beyond just orthodontics.

More information is needed
The first thing I would ask: Is there any pain? Is the pain localized to close to the TMJ? Is there clicking an popping in the TMJ? Have you had a stuffy nose and plugged ears? There are so many things that need to be evaluated and more information to be collected. I would say talk to the provider treating the Invisalign.
