Does laser lipolysis have cause less bumps afterwards as compared to regular liposuction?

I do laser lipolysis on selected patients and have not convinced myself that there is any benefit at all over conventional liposuction.  I have years of experience with ultrasonically assisted liposuction and never say that it had major advantages over conventional.  The surgeon is more important than the technique.
