Chemical Peel, Fractional CO2, or the 3-5 Treatments of Less Severe Lasers?

I would like to tighten/clear my skin, at least to a noticeable degree. Have some cheek lines (besides nasolabular), some melasma type cheek pigmentation that drives me mad! My neck could be just a bit tighter, and my complexion needs help. Will be consultating re: my desired conservative upper and aggressive lower eyelid surgery. I'm just utterly confused concerning "my SKIN." I need expert advise on lasers OR peels. What will NOT leave me with the texture of an orange and possible scars?
