I got my saline implants 9 months ago & still have real sensitive nipples. How do I get rid of the burning?

Hi, I recently had breast surgery 2 weeks ago and was a small 32B. I had high profile 280cc implants and I am currently a 32DD. Can you tell me if you lose a cup size once the implants have settled? I really like the size I am and although they still feel tender and a little sore I think most of the swelling has gone down.

Hi, It has been about 4 weeks since my BA and I have a section of my left breast on the keft side of my nipple that is numb and hypersensitive. I have 600 cc implants and wonder if it is due to the size of the implant or just bad luck.
