My Nipples Are 3/4" Long. If I Have the Surgery, Will I Lose the Sensitivity?

Probably about 15 years ago, I found out that I like to have my nipple stimulated. Over the years they have become very long becuase my wife really like to suck on them. of course, I enjoy it tremendously too. I dont want to lose that part of my sex life, so therefore the question about losing sensivity.
