I have one nipple pierced and is fairly new. If it is taken out, it will close up. Is there any way I can leave it in? My breasts are not being worked on in surgery, just liposuction. I had a rhinoplasty last Sept and my doc let me just tape over the ear piercings I couldn't remove at the time. My nipple barbell is solid gold.

I would suggest scheduling another appointment with your plastic surgeon. Maybe you lost a lot of weight and might be a candidate for a thigh lift. It is difficult to suggest anything further without photos or a consultation but best of luck!
Infection after liposuction is decidedly rare. Nevertheless it is possible in night sweats could be an indication of an early infection. This should be reported to your plastic surgeon.
Thank you for your question and photos. Although an exam is needed, your photos suggest that a combination of calf implants on the smaller leg and possibly liposuction on the larger will help to balance your legs.The thigh is harder - because there are no good thigh implants. But liposuction...
