Nipple Reduction Surgery Concerns

My nipples are prominent though not overly elongated. I think of them as "fat". My concern is when I get very cold my nipples become extremely constricted and painful. This happens a few times a year and lasts around 30 min. Will reduction aggravate this? Am I a good candidate for the procedure?

Nipple Reduction Concerns

Any time tissues are surgically altered, there is the potential for alteration of sensation, including numbness and even pain. However , I have performed this procedure a number of times and have not had patients describe these concerns.
