I am 12 weeks post op. from a breast lift. My left nipple measures 10" (25.4 cm) from the sternal notch and the right nipple is 9 3/4" (24.8 cm) from the sternal notch. The left breast is one full cup size different from the right breast. I don't want to be unrealistic. Are these real issues or should I be satisfied with this outcome? Thank you.

Nipple height asymmetry after breast lift
Small asymmetry in the nipple heights is typical. It is also possible that this will settle down in time. The difference in cup sizes could, similarly, result from differences in swelling. You should wait another three months before beginning to worry that this would require revision. If so, it can be corrected.

Breasts are uneven after breast lfit (mastopexy) nipple height and breast size/volume (SEE VIDEO BELOW)
The discrepancy in the nipple height is relatively minor and can be adjustted at a later date. In regards to breast volume and size, you may want to consider liposuction as a minimal scar technique to decrease the breast size asymmetry. Wait at least 9 months.

Breast lift and nipple placement
Several issues have to beironed out here. No photo makes it difficult at best. Secondly everyone is asymmetric to begin with and we hope to get them close as possible. Also is the a breast lift alone or was an augmentation or reduction procedure done as well?
