Their "Frown Fix" has become quite the sensation in England... Daily Mail says it "contains Grant X, a natural alternative to Botox."
Product site also lists these key ingredients:
- Amino acids- smooth and minimise the look of expression lines;
- Purslane extract- hydrates and diminishes the appearance of wrinkles;
- Centella extract- fine lines appear visibly reduced.
Could any of these possibly work as well as they say?

Without scientific studies being done in a double-blind placebo-controlled experiment, the data of which is reviewed by scientific peers, a physician can't comment on such a question other than to say, that some moisturizers certainly make lines look less deep on a temporary basis. Once the fluid component dissipates, the wrinkles come right back. Studies of exogenous amino acids to create a Botox-like effect are ongoing.
