Is Niacinamide Bad for Keratosis Pilaris?

hello MD's .. is high concentration of niacinamide ( B3 ) will make my kp worse ?? i googled some info's and read that it build proteins and thickens the outer layer of the skin - which is the last thing i want for my kp - ,,, but also heard it cures acnes by purifying the pores which is the most thing i want for my kp it's confusing and i want to know the true pharmacial fact from your trusted side thanks alot ! G
