Niacin Supplement Necessary During Zerona Treatment?

Doing Zerona in combo with endermologie. Have been advised to take CURVA-a niacin supp. Is it NECCESSARY with Zerona? I am having side effects from it (kidney discomfort) and would like to go off it without hampering my effort. Pls advise.
