Pt: 33 yo male in athletic shape, lost approx..40 lbs at the age of 18 (15 yrs ago) and I bas been able to keep the weight off. Appearance loose skin on abdomen, armpits and up/back as well as btw legs. There are slight stretch marks in Tx areas listed above. I am NOT concerned with Tx the appearance of stretch mks as I am with assisting my skin to to contract. Will Retin-A make skin in these areas (body) thicken/firmer and the skin contact over time? S/E large surface area -too much Vit A?
