Six days after having sinus surgery, which also included a septoplasty for a deviated septum, I used dip chewing tobacco. Will using chewing tobacco a week after this type of surgery lead to a negative surgical outcome or reverse the corrections that were made during the surgery? Also, I'm worried that small pieces of chewing tobacco or juices could have inadvertently gotten itnto my sinuses-- is it possible for that to happen? Thanks very much
