I'm 23, I always look tired, I realized after looking that I might have a tear trough problem causing the appearance of dark circles. I lost a lot of weight and the gained back I think contributing to the issue .I also have pretty sensitive skin, so I'm worried about doing any procedures (fillers,etc). I'm not exactly sure what needs to be done that's why I posting pictures, hope someone can help, thanks!

Veins in this area of the forehead can be treated by either removal through small incisions (microphlebectomy) or sclerotherapy. Both procedures have pros and cons and both provide good results.
The skin chromophores targeted by the KTP laser are melanin and oxyhaemoglobin.I agree that RF technology may be better here because it does not target melanin and risk of hypopigmentation is less likely.
