Hi. I'm a African american and have plenty of raised hypertrophic scars over a decade old from shaving when I was under 10 & shaved carelessly, where I cut myself from the blade. I have never shown a doctor or dermatologist the area out of embarrassment and haven't been in relationships cause of it. I've tried Mederma and Bio oil with no luck & don't know what to do. I'm aware scars cannot completely go away but I would at least like them to be flattened. Added pics, would appreciate advice. TY
