I've had these diagonal lines (festoons?) across the top of my cheeks for 2 years. They are very noticeable in certain lighting, and I just want them gone. I had filler (juvederm) under my eyes a couple of years ago to fill in the undereye area. I never had these malar(?) lines prior to this. Can this be a long-lasting result of the filler? They are squishy, not hard. I had filler in my upper eye-lid too, and that is still present over 2 years later (I like it there). I'm 40 with fair skin.

The LN swelling is unrelated. It's my theory that there will be no significant change with the hyaluronidase. Start on medication for trigeminal neuralgia.
Amphadase comes from a bovine source (cows).Vitrase comes from an ovine source (sheep). Hylenex comes from a recombinant human product.BestDr karamanoukian
Thank you for your question. Normally I like to wait a few weeks depending on how much is injected to dissolve the filler. Consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for a treatment plan that is best for you.
