I had a bulbous, droopy tip revised one year ago using a medpor tip-top graft in my columella & ear cartilage. I was injured one month post-op & later 3 months post-op. The tip is now overprojected, assymetrical & bulbous due to scarring & shifting ear cartilage. My surgeon did not offer kenalog or any solution. I would like a revision. One surgeon suggested rebuilding my tip w/ septal cartilage. Do I risk nasal collapse or "curling up" of cartilage in that case?
