I had prk 4 months ago in both eyes and one eye regressed after a very small correction. My "good" eye is very slightly overcorrected and I'm hoping for it to regress so my reading vision improves. Is there a procedure to induce a regression in that eye that doesn't involve another surgery?

Prk surgery requires an extended healing period. Epithelial healing can require upwards of five days during which bandage contact lens is worn. The eye is a risk for infection during this period. I would advise you to postpone surgery until after the holidays.
