I am 5 days post-op from my rhinoplasty to correct my crooked nose. The cast has been crooked since I woke up after the surgery. I know I have a lot of swelling as well, but I have seen others who corrected crooked noses as well and their casts don't appear this way. Is my nose still going to be crooked? Or is this just temporary? This is my second nose job in the last 3 years to correct my crooked nose and I'd hate for nothing to change...again!
