10-11 days post op Rhinoplasty, my nose is very swollen. When will this go down?

You will still have swelling 10 days after a rhinoplasty. In general, degree of swelling will depend on the following: 1) Whether the procedure was open or closed 2) Whether tip work was performed 3) Whether the procedure was a revision It can take one year for the final result to be evident. I would be patient at this time.  

Even without a picture I can assure you that you have considerable swelling 10 days after rhinoplasty.

Swelling of the nose at 10 days is the norm rather than the exception. It is going to take months for it to settle down. Be patient.
