I need a doctor who has experience in Pearl Fat Grafting, to help me with the puffiness resulting from this procedure. Does any one know a good Doctor who knows about Pearl Fat Grafting in NYC or NJ? I live in Staten Island.

How about Patricia Wexler in NYC? She's a dermatologic surgeon who's been doing fat injections for 20 years. If you do go for a consultation with her, please let me know what you think. I'm considering her for fat injections because she does them over the course of a year (no downtime) rather than over- correcting in one shot. Dr. Dennis Gross is quite good for Restalyne and Juvederm injections, if you want to try that route. I've been going to him for years and can recommend him with confidence.
