I would like to know, what happens to my natural breast tissue during the procedure of B/A, and while i have them in place.Do implants destroy or "eat" my natural tissue? And if so, how long have to be implanted in order to cause "damage"? I want to have an explantation. I have 300cc silicone moderate plus implants, for 6 yrs, and my natural breast size was minimal (AA or less).
